Guarena Throw

The Guarena Throw was designed by Thomas Gaudinet, a freelance illustrator based in France who is known for his striking use of colour and his ability to set rich, deep blacks against softer tones to create work with visual depth. 

Every Slowdown Studio throw starts as an original artwork. We collaborate with independent artists around the world to translate their creativity into woven form. The Guarena Throw is jacquard woven in the USA from cotton with at least 25% recycled cotton: lightweight, textured, and built to last. Use it as a couch blanket, a bed blanket, a wall art tapestry, or wherever you need a little colour or personality.
